Returns are accepted up to 14 days after the receipt of your online orders or 14 days after date of purchase in-store. Items must be in new/unused condition, with original tags in place and free of stains or odors (ie makeup, perfume, pets, smoke, laundry detergent, etc).

Returns may be requested by:

1. Submitting a return request on shopsweetapricot.com using the link to the Returns Request or logging in to your customer account and viewing the order you’d like to return.
2. Call the store at (217)779-5449
3. Email kelli@shopsweetapricot.com

Once a return request is approved we will create a return shipping label and email it to you. Your refund amount will be your original purchase price.

After 14 days, returns will not be processed.

Items that will not be considered for refund: 

• Any item marked "final sale"
• Clearance items
• Hair accessories or hats
• Jewelry

Extended Holiday Gift Return Policy: 

Gift recipients may return items received for the Christmas holiday as gifts for exchange or store credit with a gift receipt from November 2, 2024 until Jan 8, 2025.
