Return Policy

In-Store Returns:

You can return items purchased in-store up to 7 days from date of purchase without a receipt. A receipt or gift receipt is very helpful in a speedy and easy return process, but not required.

After 7 days, a return will not be processed.

Any item marked "final sale" is non-returnable. All clearance items are considered final sale.

Items must be returned in new condition, clean and free from stains/odors with original tags attached.

Online Returns:

You can return items purchased on shopsweetapricot.com for up to 7 days from the date you received the shipment.

Contact the store via phone (217) 779-5449 or email kelli@shopsweetapricot.com to arrange a return or exchange, and we'll create a return shipping label and email it to you. Your refund amount will be your original purchase price less the cost of shipping.

Holiday Return Policy: 

Items purchased for the Christmas holiday as gifts may be exchanged with a gift receipt until Jan 8, 2025. Without a gift receipt you may receive a gift card for the value of the item.
